As a Kinship Community Aide at Expressions of Hope, Carlye is passionate about seeing individuals and families thrive and values the opportunity to be a positive part of someone’s story. She finds joy in meeting needs and helping identify thoughtful solutions that support health, stability, and overall well-being.
Carlye is grateful to be part of a team that deeply values people and is committed to walking alongside families with care, compassion, and encouragement.
Carlye holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Simpson University and brings a background in education and childcare, having previously worked as both a teacher and a nanny. She and her husband have also served as kinship caregivers in the past, an experience that continues to shape her heart for this work. Carlye looks forward to drawing from her personal and professional experiences to support children and families throughout the Napa community.
